UDT SLIM SPLIT
UDT make Skid mounted one or two piece wireline unit comprising power pack module with 73-160 hp diesel engine and winch unit. This is compact , versatile , self-contained wireline winch unit may be supplied in single or dual drum configuration.

CRANE
- Slickline 0.092”, 0.108”, 0.125”,0.140” & 0.160”.

- Over-pull shut-down system: Stop winch rotation on preset desired over pull.

Measuring Head
- Compact & light weight two or three wheel wrap-around design and no change of wheel is required with the change of wire. Make: Benchmark or equivalent.
- Wire or cable can be removed from measuring head without cutting the wire.
Hydraulic System
- Closed loop hydraulic system.
- Effective fast acceleration and extremely high speeds for effective jarring.
- Hydraulic tank – 150 litres.

Data Recorder & Display
- Digital data recorder and display that displays and record real time depth tension and line speed, Data can be downloaded to a USB for further data processing.
- Alarm setting allow operator to set alarm to pre- determined value of depth and tension. If operator does not take any action the winch should stop automatically at a preset value. Make: Benchmark or equivalent.
- Mechanical back up depth counter.
- Back up Hydraulic line pull indicator: Make: Martin Decker or equivalent.
Power Pack
- Diesel engine driven hydraulic power pack.
- Engine make: JCB, Perkins, Cummins and Caterpillar as per application requirement.
- Engine rating 73 hp to 160 hp as per application requirement.
- Battery starter and 12/24 VDC Alternator.
- Spark Arrestor type muffler at exhaust.
- Suitable air inlet emergency shut down valve with integral flame trap.
- Crankcase breather flame arrester.

UDT Truckline
UDT make Truckline unit is a truck mounted wireline winch unit consisting of reel skid and power skid suitably mounted on right hand 6x4 drive truck chassis delivering power from 200 HP to 420 HP.
UDT Landline
Land line winch consists of Reel Skid (includes Drum compartment and operator cabin) and crane mounted on the rear of truck chassis delivering power from 280 HP to 420 HP.
UDT Scraping Winch
This is a Skid/trailer mounted, self contained, steel skid base structure, single drum wireline unit designed to provide a light weight, compact winch for performing light.
