Read, Interpret and analyze all bid documents, Contract documents with amendment also. Identify and prepare all types of claims, ensuring submission to clients/subcontractors and seeking acceptance/approval. Act as the custodian for subcontractor contracts for all types of works & services activities. Manage supplier performance, interactions, communications, and relationships. Provide guidance and leadership on contract related matters to cross functional project team members. Assess contracts during tendering processes. Preparing contract appreciation documents. Identifying key risks and opportunities, clarifications and deviations.
